Speaking Inquiry / Booking Form

When you submit a speaking inquiry through our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization or community name, event type, preferred date range, and any details you share about your event. This information is used solely to evaluate and respond to your speaking request and is not sold or shared with third parties.

If you use our contact form

ContactForm7 plugin is used to provide the means of contacting the webmaster via email. Their privacy policy is available on their website. https://contactform7.com/privacy-policy/. We obtain your name and email address for the purpose of communicating with you via email.

The Weekly Blog Opt-in (sent via email)

If you subscribe to the weekly blog, your email address is collected and stored by Mailchimp, our email service provider, for the purpose of sending you newsletter content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. Mailchimp’s privacy policy is available at https://www.intuit.com/privacy/.

Who we share your data with

We do not share personal data collected through our contact or booking forms. Newsletter signups are shared only with Mailchimp, our email service provider, as described above.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Booking inquiries are retained as needed to respond to and fulfill speaking requests. Newsletter subscriber data is retained by Mailchimp until you unsubscribe.

Data collected by Google Analytics is stored for 26 months.
